Plum Creek is far away from the places that most of our familiar bird conservation folks live, but we will seek local folks to participate.

COS (Chicago Ornithological Society) will lead a bird walk at 7:30 a.m.

If you are interested and available we would love to have you join us. It is an opportunity to do something at an orphan site of real conservation value.

Wear long pants and comfortable clothes. Water, tools and gloves will be provided.
