Migratory Birds Need Your Help!

Bright lights atop buildings, reflective mirrored windows and plants near lobby glass are all hazards for birds trying to migrate through Chicago.

Last fall over 900 collision-injured birds were rescued all from a relatively small area downtown.

With your assistance, more birds can be saved through rescue and collision prevention efforts.

YOU CAN HELP BY:

• Joining morning rescue teams

• Monitoring buildings where you live or work

• Transporting birds to wildlife rehabilitation centers

• Supporting collision prevention work

• Assisting in public outreach and awareness programs

• Helping Migratory Birds Safely Navigate the Loop
